Contribution history
Reviewers see submissions within their permitted areas. Contributors see their own submissions. Rejecting a published revision restores the previous content only if no newer edit exists.

Policies apply to a user account or developer application, including rotated keys. Guests always require approval. Signed-in participants default to automatic publication with an awaiting-approval badge; developers default to approval before publishing. Explicit contributor policies override these defaults. Observers default to blocked. Administrators always have full access. API scopes are an additional requirement.
